Hi:
AHCI is enabled by default in your model.
If you are installing a SSD, and your SSD utility is reporting that AHCI is disabled, that is incorrect.
W10 will trim the drive automatically, or you can manually trim the drive by going to the all programs list>Windows Administrative Tools>Defragment and Optimize Drives.
