ACTIVATION OF MS OFFICE : Purchased 15S-du2040TU on 21/08/2020 but till today MS office not activated. Plz give a solution or service persons.

Solution

In almost every single case, Office software that comes installed on the system is Trial Software.

Microsoft Office is not going to activate until you purchase a license to run the software.

What if?

Are you absolutely sure your situation is an exception to this rule?

 

IF you were given a one year subscription with the purchase of the computer, this exception will have been clearly stated in the purchase paperwork (or email depending on the correspondence type).  In the case of a gift subscription, you will have received the key. 

 

What if?

Contact HP Support to sort issues with a gift subscription. 

Have all your documentation ready when you submit the case.
