Hi, I have a big problem with USB 3.0.
I tried to fix the problem with the solution in this forum, but they can't work.
https://support.hp.com/it-it/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-bw000-laptop-pc/15551418/model/17133005
here there aren't drivers for usb or chipster for AMD.
I downloaded drivers from AMD chipster and i flashed BIOS but they can't work.
What should I do?
Thank you

Hi! @mmazzon, Welcome to HP forums.
I understand you have 3.0 USB connection issues with your PC.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any software or hardware changes to your PC?
Have you tried checking using a different USB device or different ports on your PC?
As you mentioned you have issues connecting your printer using USB 3.0 connection.
Please try the steps recommended below.
Some USB 2.0 devices will not work when connected to a USB 3.0 port. To fix this, uninstall the USB 3.0 driver in Device Manager using the following steps.
-
In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.
-
Locate the USB 3.0 Root Hubs under Universal Serial Bus Controllers.
Figure : Locating the USB Root Hub
-
Right-click the USB 3.0 Root Hub, and click Uninstall.
Refer this article to further troubleshoot USB connection issues with your PC.
Also, try updating the BIOS on your PC and check if it helps.

HP Probook 455 g2 use the driver from windows 8.1 x64Bit it will give Power to the USB AMD 3.0 Filter its under Chipset it should then work as well for your device in there, HP also has the windows 10 x64Bit drivers as well this drivers give the USB 2.0/3.0 power and response to make it work, the reason this has an issue its from Microsoft putting a generic updated driver and needs to have the AMD driver for this only to work properly...
