HP Notebook – 15-ay107no
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My laptop had been frozen many times. I did a system reset without saving any files but the laptop still freezes frequently. I checked Event Viewer and it showed edb.log error for exemple. After Fixing this error with sfc, another error occurs. Now it's HP Active Health which causes error. Have googled this, but none have asked about Event ID 90. Maybe I should be the first one?

It always shows 2 errors in a row in Event Viewer, both have same text in details. The only difference is just EventRecordID. How can I fix them?

Here are the details.

- <System>
  <Provider Name="HP Active Health" />
  <EventID Qualifiers="0">90</EventID>

  <EventRecordID>2253</EventRecordID>
  <Channel>Application</Channel>
  <Computer>LAPTOP-H46BVDTV</Computer>
  <Security />
  </System>
- <EventData>
  <Data>Unable to link to a resource. Application will terminate immediately. Resource name: mscorlib.zh-Hans.resources</Data>

  </Event>

Thanks in advance!

Please perform a System Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality

- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.

Keep me posted

Thank you 😊

Ran the test during night. The result showed "Passed". Forgot to take a photo of details and couldn't find them later. I only took a photo of "Test Logs (All)" but it didn't show details. I remember that most of those tests were "Passed" except battery test which showed "Completed". And my laptop still have same errors so far.QQ图片20190828115049.jpg
