is it safe to enable vt-x in bios ? if we enable it our system will expose to threats or not ?

What is the exact model of your laptop (e.g. 5ES85EA)?
To find this product number P/N: this document.

The virtualization technology (VT-x), tells us that the processor of your computer is an Intel and that it is compatible with it.

The fact of enabling virtualization technology (VT-x), this will allow you to create and use virtual machines for example with VMware. Normally the threats you are exposed to are related to the use you make of your computer.
