I also have this problem and tried your above solution which failed. I received the following error message,
Error 1722. There is a problem with this windows installed package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action register HP Tile, location:- C\...\HPTile2.exe”/RegServer.
Can you please provide a solution. I am running an HP 15-NO97SA on O/S Windows 10.
