I installed a new operating system, W10 Home X64, and i want to recover my HP JumpStart again.

Please activate it for me.

I would be glad to help you with the issue you are facing today. I understand the difficulty with the problem.

  • Have you tried opening the file as Admin? If no

Use the HP JumpStart tile in the Start menu to open, right click and run as Admin.
