Activate Office 365 subscription that came with computer

I just bought a new laptop that came with a year Office 365 Personal, 60 minutes on skype per month, and 1 TB of OneDrive storage. I have tried opening Office and it does not give me the option to activate it. I need to know how to activate this. No code was in the box

First off, the version of Office that comes preloaded on HP PCs is a trial version, and since that expires, it does NOT activate.

IF you are trying activate that version, you will not succeed.

Second, if you believe that you purchased Office included with your HP PC, then you will have to contact HP Customer Support directly because we here can not assist you in that activation.
