Good Morning, I recently purchased a Laptop from HP and it came free with a 12 months membership for Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan. I received an email from donotreply.hpstore@hp.com with a link to redeem and it automatically copies the code into the Adobe registration Page. So there is nothing manual I need to do and I could do wrong... However, the code is not accepted and it displays invalid code. Also comparing the required code (24 characters) and the provided code by HP (34 characters) shows something is not right here...
Is this a known problem or could anyone assist how to resolve it?
Thanks and best regards,
P

Hey Guys, after many days of calling, and Chatting.
I got a solution from HP
HP Germany send my a link
https://www.adobepartneroffer.com/Redeem.aspx?PURL=HP-
They told me to insert my 34 digit code after the HP- to complete the link
And that worked, a new code will be generated
Then you can login into the adobe account, and the subscription is automatically active.
I hope that this workes for all of you
Best regards

Soo.. I've tried to contact the HP store support through every possible contact way: Mail, Phone, on the Website, and no one could help me or send me to the right person to solve this issue with the invalid product key. It seems that they have ended the store support with the insolvency of DigitalRiver, and the general HP support team is trying hard not to let customers know about it.
This also probably means that the HP store is actively deceiving customers with the Adobe Creative Cloud Plan offer. I'm really considering sending back my laptop, as this offer was a huge part of why I decided to buy the laptop in the first place.
To all future HP customers: There is currently no support for problems like these available, so please, really, really consider very carefully if you want to buy a laptop from the HP website at this moment. I fear that our issue with the invalid code will not be fixed..
