Seeing that there are now 22 replies to my original post of people facing the exactly same problem I really find it pathetic for a huge company like hp not to be able to provide a clear and common solution.
Cant be really appropriate to send everyone a private message which only states they should contact standard hp support.
Unfortunately they also seem not to be aware of this topic...

@Hawks_Eye Is there any additional support from you or any colleague who has a clue how to solve this problem?
"Support" so far:
1) hp community: only forwarded link to contact general support
2) Whatsapp support: Feedback "Out of scope for us". You need to call phone service
3) Request callback: not working - button to send request does not react (tried on multipe PCs and connections)
4) Chat Support: not working - button to send request does not react (tried on multipe PCs and connections)
5) Phone Support: Tried on 5 different days and times. After stating type of device and device number the voice tells me to wait as it will connect to a human support employee. Every time the connection is canceled after 10 seconds without further info etc.
This is by far really the lousiest "support" I have ever witnessed and it seems like hp is just trying to somehow reach the end of this promotion and to let down its customers

Hey Guys, after many days of calling, and Chatting.
I got a solution from HP
HP Germany send my a link
https://www.adobepartneroffer.com/Redeem.aspx?PURL=HP-
They told me to insert my 34 digit code after the HP- to complete the link
And that worked, a new code will be generated
Then you can login into the adobe account, and the subscription is automatically active.
I hope that this workes for all of you

Dear Fronni, thank you so, so much — this is incredible!
Who would have thought that there is a different redemption website for licenses provided by Adobe partner companies...
But I'm still very sad that HP screwed it up to not only provide the correct instructions and link to redeem the license in their initial mail, but also isn't able to provide functioning product support to their customers. 😞
Just a quick question in case we run into other issues with our devices in the future — how did you reach the support in the end?
