After a HP technician has remotely accessed my computer, how can I make sure that no one can get back in?

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

If it was  HP® Customer Support - USA, you would have been given instructions on how to open remote access on your computer and how to protect yourself.

Reverse the process you used to allow remote access.

Regardless of who or how, I think this is more a question for your MacOS platform support.

What we can tell you about remote system access permissions / settings within Windows is not useful or relevant in Linux / MacOS.

You might also have to re-adjust whatever settings you might have changed in your security software / router that allowed the remote access.

General Example - Windows -

Settings > System > Remote Desktop

Settings_System_Remote_Desktop_1Settings_System_Remote_Desktop_1
