I have been using the hp envy 13 aq 1014tu model laptop for the last 4 months and all the system updates are regularly done. Then suddenly my fingerprint sensor didn't work so I had to reboot the laptop to make it work again. But now whenever I use my fingerprint to sign in I also need to fill up the pin to sign in. When I checked the sign in options for the problem it showed windows hello is preventing from showing some options.

@Sanchit23, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Let us try these steps:
Go to Windows Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options window.
On the Sign-in options window, under Require sign-in and the question “If you’ve been away, when should Windows require you to sign-in again?”, select Never from the drop-down box.
Now, check if the issue is resolved.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
