After new Notebook set up no emails showing

Set up completed following on screen instructions,  To start, everything looked Ok . Network connection Ok. Can search & find web pages & ask questions.  On tryin email it said nothing loaded yet.  How do I view my emails in my inbox in the usual way?

We can't answer your question because (1) there are very different ways to manage email, and (2) we have no idea what application you are using.

In terms of the first, if you are using local email, then the inbox messages you read are stored locally on your PC; but if you are using a Browser or some other form of Web Mail, the inbox message are stored on your email server.  So, in the second case, nothing is stored locally and nothing will be found there.

In terms of the second, you have to contact your email provider to find out what settings you need to establish to get email from them in Windows 10.  Each provider is different, so we have no way to tell you what settings to configure.
