My HP Notebook battery conked off without warning and I reached out to HP support who promptly replied someone will contact me soon. that's it. After that there is RADIO SILENCE and no one reached out to me. Reaching HP service via phone was herculean task and again the operator asks 'passcode' What the hell is that? I was directed to atleast two numbers who had same query. Is this how HP(sic) support works?
All I wanted to know was the cost of battery and how to go about. My notebook is two years old and battery is out of warranty. that'; OK.
