I installed the new version for Android Studio but the system won't install get this error

Android SDK is up to date.
Running Android Emulator Hypervisor Driver for AMD Processors installer
Unable to run Android Emulator Hypervisor Driver for AMD Processors installer: Cannot start process, the working directory 'C:\Users\stole\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk\extras\google\Android_Emulator_Hypervisor_Driver' does not exist

 

I look for the file it is not there or any were.

Sorry, but since this is just a self-help Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers, we have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications.

For help with this issue, you have to contact the vendor of the application or their support forum.

Thanks for the response. I though a community it where you can get some help from users that may be familiar with any issue,  

This issue has nothing to do with the software I install it has to do with HP machines I own two HP laptops and both have the same issue.
