I'm Mass's big sister and need to download CyberHound on his notebook laptop for school purposes and we can't figure out how to, I can't remember what the issue is but they said it wasn't working and have to wait over a week for the school IT man to be called into school to try and fix it as the school doesn't have an IT person there 24/7, I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible but we can't figure out how. Is ther any steps we need to take that someone can suggest? Other's at school didn't have a problem downloading it because they're usung Mac's.

if so, from what I understand it is "security" software
if so, there is nothing urgent anyway, used while waiting for the integrated antivirus ...
unless it is for some special reason, say more?

I think I can not try, in any case not even download it, I can not find a download link
