Can you see option to Get or Install it ? You have to Get or Install it BEFORE it can run or load.

Would you be so kind as to tell us the model number of your HP device? Almost sounds like you're using a ChromeOS device...

What version of windows? 10 or 11?
Are you using the "MicroSoft Store" button, or a browser? Try a different browser.
A new laptop will undergo a lot of "catch-up" with Windows updates in the background. Leave it on for a few hours and check settings/windows updates for the latest from Microsoft.

In the search box by the Windows Start icon, type the word: winver
So you don't see a "Get" button at all???

Sorry, I have no clue why you can't access the Microsoft Store
Could be a messed up wifi connection, or something way out of ordinary.
Use another computer to see if it can access MS Store. Move your computer to another wifi access point and try again.
