My notebook randomly types zxc\ty,. and Volume gets muted. Also Shift key gets activated. Certain keys like T, C Y Z etc also dont type in randomly and create xc\ty,. pattern.

The keypad was recently replaced after which the issue subsided a bit but now has come back in a big way.

We're not HP Tech Support so we have no way to access or examine your PC from here to diagnose issues.

This sounds like a keypad membrane problem.  There is a membrane underneath the keyboard.  When you press on a key, it presses on the membrane and that completes a circuit for that key,  If dirt, dust, or other substances get under the membrane or sticky stuff gets on top of this, that can both interfere with it working and can also cause keys to stay pressed even when they are released.

You would need to have someone disassemble the laptop to check for this problem and possibly replace the keyboard and the membrane.
