BIOS Password Reset Request – HP ProBook 650 G2
Dear HP Support Team,
I recently purchased a used HP ProBook 650 G2 (Product Number: L8U47AV) but it has a BIOS password set that I do not know. I kindly request your assistance in resetting the BIOS password or providing the necessary SMC.bin file.
Here are the details of the laptop:
- Serial Number: <removed_Do not include the product serial number or any private information>
- Product Number: L8U47AV
Unfortunately, I do not have the original purchase invoice since I bought it second-hand. I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance you can provide to resolve this issue.
Thank you very much.
Best regards,
Murtadha mahdi
