Greetings, I have an HP EliteBook 8530p (KR151AV#ABA) that is not charging the battery. I read in other posts on this site that by updating the BIOS it will fix the issue. I upgraded the OS to Windows 10 (64 bit) and need the correct BIOS update, the version I have right now is 68PVD Ver. F.09. I want to see if this will help before I have to purchase a new battery since I already tried al the suggestions on batteries not charging. This suggestion on the BIOS update has gotten positive results according to some of the posts i read. Thanks in advance.

Hello orems
You can look up the drivers and updates yourself on the HP website.

HP did not support that model laptop past Windows 7.
The latest Bios update was F.20 sp55640.exe
We do not have access to any other drivers beyond what HP posts on a models download page.
Hope it helps.
