Hi
I want to be absolutely certain that you have the Main Board and Model you posted;
Mine is 8130, you say you have an 80C2.
Stupid HP not showing pictures properly.
Directory of C:\SWSetup\sp97058

I am not convinced of a match. 80C2 is not listed.
What I would consider is substitution/renaming of F29 files into F30 files, but cannot yet see all the details.
Stupid HP and its Sunday downtime.
Hopefully more help later.

Thanks for your return,
Use the HP emergency BIOS recovery feature with the recovery flash drive to recover the BIOS.
- Turn off the notebook that requires the BIOS recovery, and then wait 5 to 10 seconds.
- Make sure the power cord is connected to the notebook. Keep it connected during the recovery process.
- Insert the USB flash drive with the BIOS file into an available USB port on the notebook.
- Press and hold the Windows key and the B key at the same time, and then press and hold the Power button for 2 to 3 seconds.
NOTE: On some notebook models, it might be necessary to press and hold the Windows key and the V key.
- Release the Power button but continue pressing the Windows and B keys. You might hear a series of beeps.
- If a message displays that the computer improperly shut down or a boot problem is detected, follow the on-screen instructions to resolve the error.
Do not hesitate to contact us in case of need.

Hi
Hopefully one of these documents will cover (and solve) your problem...

Exactly the same as Mans is posting, while I await the approval of your pictures.
Incidentally where did the F30 BIOS come from, so I can look at that as well?

Hello and thanks for your return,
Since BIOS version F.21, we cannot go back to a previous version of the BIOS. So the behavior of the computer is normal.
"Due to security changes, after this BIOS update is installed, previous versions cannot be reinstalled."
