HP EliteBook 1040 G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I'm receiving BlueScreen on my laptop HP EliteBook 1040 G4 with Windows 10 64bit.

What I've did was to reinstall OS, it worked for like some months, and now i have the same issue.

I've update all the drivers with driver booster.

Maybe is a software issue, or hardware, i don't know, is a generic error.

Below a link with [edit]

If you need any other information don't hesitate to ask.

Thank you.

Alexandru

Bluescreen failures (i.e., BSODs) are notoriously difficult to diagnose and to fix -- far beyond what WE typically can do in THIS self-help Community.

What you need is a forum where folks have vast experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and suggesting repairs for BSODs, as follows:

The community Win10 forums has a section devoted to diagnosing BSODs. So, your best bet would be to post your problem there: https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/

Good Luck
