Whenever i am operating my notebook, after sometime BSOD screen appears. I had reset my PC a few days ago because I was facing this problem. After resetting it worked fine, but after a few days BSOD screen appeared again

. An update was also installed in my notebook after resetting. BSOD error is unexpected memory exception.

I suggest you run a System Test on your Notebook to confirm the complete Hardware Functionality

- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.

Actually I ran the test before putting this post and then it showed a failure but still my laptop is working fine. Do i need to worry about this? I have been using my laptop for the past 2 days and there is no problem. My laptop is working fineIMG-20190820-WA0004.jpg

Yes this is a Hard drive failure. The Notebook might still be working now but the Hard drive might fail anytime

I suggest you keep a back up of your data and contact HP Support for Service Options
