Product: hp-ay023nr

Hello community!

 

  I have the hp-ay023nr . I have been trying figure out how to turn on the backlit key for the keyboard for some time now. After many internet searches and YouTube searches, I’ve had no luck. Does anyone know how to turn it on or if this model does not have this feature.

Is your machine an HP Notebook - 15-ay023nr ? Its specs

It does not have a switch/key to turn on, because it DOES NOT have a backlit keyboard and you can't upgrade it.
