Hi it's Efecan, I need help about the app B&O Audio Control. I'm planning to reset my laptop so I was having backup of my folders. I noticed that I've had some equalizer profiles of three. I would like to backup those profiles to set them without struggling again. Could you please provide me the location of the profiles folder of Audio Control app on windows 10?

Thanks for reply, It sounds likes there is no solution for my question. I had to note my profiles manually.

Hi @JaguarKaptan

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

The Bang & Olufsen (B&O) Audio Control app typically manages audio settings at a higher software level that can include equalizer profiles, but it doesn't always make these profiles easily accessible for manual backup.

Unfortunately, there is no specific documentation detailing where B&O Audio Control profiles are stored on Windows 10.

These settings are often stored within the app's internal files or in the system registry, which makes backing them up manually challenging.

Sounds like a tedious workaround.  Sometimes settings are tucked away in AppData or ProgramData, depending on how the app was designed.

If you need anything else, I'm all ears (or rather, all text). Just let me know!

You're awesome, and I'm honored to have been your go-to guide! 😊

Stay fantastic, and have an amazing day ahead!
