Good day please help with this I have tried all the possible software links available on this forum and nothing has worked. It seems to me that the laptop works 100% but I would want the drivers fully functional as I do feel this is not healthy for the laptop in the long term. Please help and thank you.

Hi:

There is something connected (or was connected) to your PC, such as a cell phone.

If you go to the windows control panel>hardware and sound>view devices and printers, there is probably a phone listed there.

If you right click on it and delete it, those devices should disappear.

In any event, they are not any of your computer's hardware devices and as such I would have no idea what drivers would be needed.

Personally, I do not believe that any exist.

Google the descriptions (not the ID's) and you will see what I am referring to.

Hi:

You need to install this Intel chipset installation utility, which will install most of the devices you posted.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101001-101500/sp101171.exe

Restart the PC after installing the driver.

You may also need this driver for the ACPI\INT3400 device.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp93001-93500/sp93135.exe

Did you install the Bluetooth driver for the Realtek Bluetooth adapter?

You are a life saver where do I get HP to pay you more or to pay you for this if you are not being already?

You're very welcome.

I do this voluntarily, and when folks like you appreciate that I was able to help you, that is all the payment I need.

Happy New Year!

Cheers,

Paul
