Hi:

You need these drivers...

PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392:

The JMicron Media Card Reader Driver enables the integrated media card slot in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64001-64500/sp64135.exe

ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_0004:

This package provides the HP 3D DriveGuard software for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. HP 3D DriveGuard protects the hard drive by "parking the heads" if the notebook is accidentally dropped or is abruptly impacted by another object.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64001-64500/sp64144.exe

USB\VID_138A&PID_003C:  You will need to manually install this driver.

This package contains the driver that enables the Validity Fingerprint Sensor in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The fingerprint sensor scans fingerprints for use with biometric security applications.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp58501-59000/sp58900.exe

To manually install the driver, run the driver exe file.

I do not believe the driver will install.

Go to the device manager. Click on the unknown device with the hardware ID of USB\VID_138A&PID_003C.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.  Select the Browse my computer for drivers option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp58900.

Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

Then restart the PC.

If you plan on using the fingerprint sensor to log into Windows, then you will need to install this W10 Client Security Manager software.

HP Client Security Manager provides enhanced Windows login and website single-sign-on capabilities. Security Manager is also the host for HP Client Security plugins, and therefore should be installed before other Client Security modules. This package is provided for supported models running a supported operating system.
