Hi:

You need this driver for that device...

The JMicron Media Card Reader Driver enables the integrated media card slot in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

It did not work for me because when i run the installation wizard error poped up and it said: Fail to CreateFail

And nothing really changes the Base system device is still under question mark

Any other solutions?

I know that is the driver you need, so try manually installing it.

Go to the device manager and click on the base system device needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp64135.

Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.

If the driver folder didn't get created when you ran the file, then redownload it and try it again.

I downloaded the file and it works just fine for me.

Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver's setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted.
