Battery Care Function

Does my HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15t-df100 have the battery care function?  I keep getting a message that I should adjust bios to 80% charge level for battery but I have read that laptops produced in late 2019 (like mine) do not have the battery care function.

Also,  I have not been able to enter the bios.  I have tried pressing F10, and also Esc + F10, during boot, but have not succeeded in entering bios setup - the computer just boots as normal.

I would appreciate any help.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know whether there is a battery care function available on the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

You need to boot to BIOS and check whether the feature is available on the computer.

Here is how you can boot to BIOS.

1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
2. Turn on the computer, and then immediately press the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup Menu opens.
3. Press F10 to open the BIOS Setup Utility.

The suggestion worked except I had to press the F10 key during the bootup to enter the bios.  Pressing the Esc key first during bootup did nothing
