Hello Everyone.

I need to know what does my laptop do when I plug in the charger and the battery is at 100%. Does it stop taking power from battery and takes power from charger/adapter? or does it keep using power from battery even if it's 100%.

When charging up to 100%, the charging process will stop and machine uses main power.

Also, is it safe for battery life as I use a laptop the whole day and it requires charging from time to time instead I should just keep it plugged in? Wonder if the battery loses even 1% charge it will be redirected to the battery so again it will charge the battery to 100%. Again switching toward main power.
