Hello! im asking something about battery care again, i just bought a 15,6 laptop model DY2795WM and i wanted to limit the max charge to 80% but unfortunately I don't have that option, so I wanted to ask one thing.
Should I use the laptop plugged in when I'm at home and keep it at 100% (only for a few hours) or should I use it plugged in until it charges to 80% and then unplug it to plug it back in when it reaches 20%? I saw in some publications that by keeping it plugged in while in use there are no charging cycles so the useful life would not be spent as much.
Thanks!

Hi:
It is fine to leave the battery at full charge since the charger quits charging the battery when it reaches 100%.
You just shouldn't leave the charger connected to the notebook 24/7 and the battery in a constant 100% charge state.
If you use the notebook off the charger from time to time, you will be fine.
