HP Recommended

When my battery is discharged a little i.e. it remains more than 95%, it never reaches 100% again, when charging. However, when I discharge it a bit more, i.e. it reached 90% and then recharged, it reaches 100%. Is it normal profile, or a fault, or system setting that can be modified?
