Hello. My laptop has a battery problem. The battery is not fully charged and appears to be fully charged at 88% and 91%. The battery runs out quickly. I bought a laptop a year ago. Please help me

I reviewed your post and I understand that the battery drains quickly.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

If you continue facing the issue, then follow the steps in the below article and then run a test on the battery.
