Microsoft Windows 11

My son’s computer starts and goes to a blue screen asking for a bitlocker key for the drive? I have no clue where this would have been created, if ever. He’s 11 and uses it to play games/watch Netflix and what not. I’ve never used bitlocker for anything and neither has he, this just occurred today for the first time so wondering if the outage yesterday has some  influence on it. Any help is appreciated.

If the Bitlocker key was not exported to you or your son's Microsoft account when you originally set up the computer, or you did not print it out and save it somewhere, there is nothing you can do to get it.

In order to use the PC again, you will have to clean the hard drive and reinstall Windows.
