Hello,
I bought an HP pavilion gaming 15-ec2012nq and my cpu it's at 75-80 degrees when the laptop it's in idle and it's plugged to the power supply. I installed all the drivers but there are two bios updates on the HP website (bios f.10 and bios f.12). My laptop bios is f.15 but on the website there isn't bios f.15 for my laptop. What should i do? (sorry for my bad english)

Hi@Campione007,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing CPU issues with the HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop PC. Your Notebook computer already has the latest BIOS version F.15.
I have a few recommendations
- Run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics is a Windows-based utility that allows you to run diagnostic tests to determine whether the computer hardware is functioning properly. The tool runs within the Windows operating system in order to diagnose hardware failures
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- Try doing Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works fine.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
