Hello, I have an HP victus Fb2002la and since I update the bios to F.09, fortnite in specific I do super badly in FPS, someone knows how I can fix this problem?, previously it was in F.08 and had freezes but the game was going to 120 fps stable, after the update it does not exceed 60 fps and it lags too much, what can I do to solve this?, totally ruins the gaming experience

No, I don't know about that. Try this and check if issue get fixed:

- Press Win + R, type services.msc, Enter.

- Find HP One Agent Service, right-click > Properties.

- Set Startup type to Disabled; click Stop if running > apply and OK.

- Close window, restart laptop.

- Test it.
