I have a 15-en1000nx laptop, probably after the bios update my productid changed from 3V084EA#A2N to 3V084EA#AKD. Because of this, I cannot install the system compilation with "Cloud Recovery", the clean version from Microsoft does not appeal to me because my webcam does not work on it. Many people have problems with cameras in these omens and the HP version of the system helps with this problem. How can I change the productid to the correct one (the one on the housing) to be able to download the appropriate system version? I tried to fix it via BCU, unfortunately Programming mode is blocked

Hi @Szymucha,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

Changing the product ID in the BIOS is a sensitive process and typically not supported through standard tools because of security measures. Since Programming mode is blocked, your options are limited.

Hello, telephone consultants told me to contact in writing. I need an SMC file for my laptop to unlock MPM. All information is correct except the A2N region
