I downloaded from HP web portal the F.32 bios update (now there's F.29), by automatic detection (so there would be right, I guess).
Why setup shows "this BIOS update is blocked on this device"? (see attach.), never got it before.
Thanks.

Here it is (in ita, obv).
In your opinion could it depend by UEFI partition protection?
Maybe, despite automatic detection, more simply this specific update cannot be writed on this platform.

All 2 updtate setups (F30, F31) run but after SO reboot bios image flashing process does not start (runs Windows).
Notice: I would have liked to try by USB writing/recovering option but in F2 list (HP hardware diagnostics installed in the current version) firmware management menu there is not: do you think these two issues are linked?
Tried with CMS boot mode enabled and UEFI secure boot disabled but nothig changes.
And now?

Hello @CaronDimonio
Please try this:
(1) Start notebook
(2) Boot to windows and run HP Notebook System BIOS Update, like in your picture
(3) Select "copy BIOS image to any file location (Advanced users)" and extract/copy these files to <usb flash drive>.
(4) Reboot your notebook and press <F2>
or
- Turn off the computer and wait five seconds
- Turn on the computer, and then immediately press the [ESC] key repeatedly until the Startup Menu opens
- Press <F2>
(5) HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI will be launched
(6) Select Firmware Management then BIOS Update
(7) Select BIOS Image To Apply and using file navigator apply bios file from <usb flash drive>
(8) BIOS update proccess should start and finish

As I reported above (read) there is not firmware management menu in F2 list but I don't know why...
Maybe I have to delete SistemDiags folder to uninstall corrent version F2 tool (8.7.1.0).
And copying bios image file in HP\BIOSUpdate subfolder located in Efi partion (see image).
Thanks for patience, never got this issue (I update bios from 25 year...).
