A) Hard method > desolder bios chip > flash > solder bios chip

B) Contact HP Support ( technician )

Oh my God! You're so drastic..

Very more simply: deleting HP folder in Uefi partition and after reinstalling HP framework.

Now, it's all OK (bios update and firmware management in F2).
