Here you can find the latest BIOS file

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-probook-640-g1-notebook-pc/5405392/swI...

 

If you click on revision history you can also find all the older versions. SP71050 is       1.36 Rev.A

and you can download from link
