Not from HP -- as they only supply the .exe files. And I would most definitely not risk the BIOS with something you downloaded from elsewhere -- as that is a real easy way to turn it into an "electric brick'!
But what you CAN do is download the 7-zip utility to another PC, copy the HP file there, and use that utility to extract all the components. You will then see the individual .BIN file.
