Product: HP ProBook 440 G7 Notebook PC (6XJ57AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
- I have been locked out of my HP mobile computer (ProBook)
- When turning it on the screen that appears is asking for a BitLocker key therefore I cannot start your computer
- I have never heard of BitLocker before and never install it and I do not know the key to release, I search for it at my account at Microsoft as told in this site and at Microsoft site but it doesn't exist. The seller where i bought the computer says that windows was encrypted in this model of HP computer so it HP has to have the key for me. does anyone can help ?
