Hey Guys my laptop doesn't have a battery but it was running smoothly today suddenly after after boot my laptop a bois update came after that I put in update now after few minutes my electricity went out and came instantly with in a second after that I turn on my laptop it have a black screen can my laptop be fixed or dead forever 😭😭😭😭 I don't have money to buy new laptop also I am writing it from how can fix it by my self Bangladesh

Actually it didn't work first of all I don't have battery in my laptop or notebook second still I tried it few times no beep nothing it will be better if I can show video .if I can upload. Thing happened when my laptop was plug in to wall socket it was updating bois I click right now after 2or 1 min the electricity went out and came matter of second like glitch... I hope no internal problems I don't have enough money to buy new laptop 😭😭😭😭 I'm student I hope it get fixed 😭😭😭😭😭😭

I recommend you contact support and they will able to assist you in this regard.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
