i have hp i5  11th generation laptop.screen got blank in power on mode ..caps locks keyboard blink 3 slow and 2 fast mode..screen don"t open...want solution and reason for being so

According to a website I cannot post here (or it will get the comment removed), three slow blinks and two fast blinks indicates some kind of problem with the RAM. Usually it's a connection problem or some dust that blocks the connection to the RAM. Try unsembling your device, taking out the RAM modules and removing dust from them and the slot. Reinsert them, reasemble and it should be fixed. If not, they may need to be replaced.

 

Of course do that at your own risk, or contact a repair store.
