Product: HP Envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a sony wireless headset that works with all of my other devices (phone TV etc) but my HP Envy doesnt seem to be able to dscover it? Can anyone advise / eperienced a similar issue?

There are hundreds of HP Envy models/products, what is yours ? Does it have Bluetooth adapter ?

hi Its a HP ENVY Laptop 13-ad0xx and yes it does have bluetooth
