What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with?

 

You need to install the corresponding model Bluetooth driver for the model Wi-Fi adapter your PC comes with.

 

If your PC has a Ralink Wi-Fi adapter, the W10 Bluetooth driver no longer works on the newer builds of W10.
