Hi::

 

Make sure that you have the Atheros Bluetooth driver installed.

If that doesn't resolve the problem see the info at the link below...

I tried by the methods suggested by you. Other problems were fixed except ‘Windows error 0x80070057(2019-16-T-08_34-00P
