Product: Pavilion 6530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
1 week ago I sent my laptop to the HP service because when I open the laptop there was an error saying that the cooling fan doesn't work. In service, they said that they changed my fans and upgraded my PC's IOS setups. The problem was fixed but there are some new problems that occurred on my PC. The Bluetooth doesn't work. I downloaded some drivers but it doesn't work. In the device manager, Bluetooth is hidden. Also, apart from Bluetooth, my USB port doesn't work either. When I plugged printer, mouses.. etc. Pc doesn't perceive them. Also in the device manager, there was an error at the mobile broadband adapter on the network adapters section.
