Hi @luffy19,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Bluetooth and Camera Issues on HP 15-gw0000 Laptop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

The error code 0xA00F4244 indicates that the system cannot find the camera. Here are a few steps you can try:

Check Camera Connection:

  • Ensure that the camera is enabled in the BIOS settings. Access the BIOS during startup and look for any camera-related settings to ensure it's enabled.

Update Drivers:

  • Open Device Manager.
  • Locate the “Cameras” section and see if your camera appears there.
  • Right-click on the camera device and choose “Update driver.”
  • Select 'Search automatically for updated driver software.'
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to update the driver.

Enable Camera:

  • Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera.
  • Ensure that camera access for apps is turned on.

Reset Camera App:

  • Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
  • Find the Camera app and select "Advanced options."
  • Click "Reset."

Fixing Bluetooth Issues

If the Bluetooth functionality is not working, here are steps to troubleshoot:

Check Bluetooth Availability:

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
  • Ensure Bluetooth is turned on.

Update Bluetooth Drivers:

  • Open Device Manager.
  • Expand the “Bluetooth” section.
  • Right-click on the Bluetooth adapter and choose “Update driver.”
  • Select 'Search automatically for updated driver software.'
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to update the driver.

Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter:

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
  • Select Bluetooth and run the troubleshooter.

I hope this helps.
