Hello, I am having Bluetooth and Wifi driver issues. This morning I noticed the bluetooth driver completely disappeared and windows troubleshooter doesn't even recognize that I had a bluetooth driver when it was working fine last night. I tried doing a windows update/updating the bluetooth drivers which didn't fix it but also at the same time made the WIFI driver no longer function.

I have tried every solution under the sun to try to get the Intel 6 AX-201 driver to update and work properly, including: soft reset, hard reset by wiping everything, attempting clean uninstall of drivers and reinstalling both HP recommended drivers and most recent Intel third party drivers. The Wifi adapter in the Device Manager constantly refreshes from either a code 10 or a code 43 error. My one confusion in this most recent hard reset is that many of the program files and documents were kept intact even though I technically opted for the "Get rid of everything and reinstall Windows". I suspect that this may have happened because I input our bitlocker recovery ID when prompted before the hard reset process. Would this issue be resolved if I opted for a hard wipe of everything without inputting a bitlocker code? At my wits end. I noticed that many people recently have had this wifi adaptor and bluetooth issue in association with the Intel-6 AX 201 drivers on the Intel forums. I tried everything Intel recommended in response to that as well. I am currently relying on external usb bluetooth and wifi adaptors to get any function out of this laptop.

Hi.

Go to Google and type HP and the model you're having issues on, then also type driver's, click on the first link, then you may see the wifi driver, but you might not able to see the Bluetooth driver, I believe you can find the Bluetooth driver off of a different website or the manufacturer of your Bluetooth.

Hi, thanks for your response, but I already tried that. (mentioned above)

I tried just about everything, including a hard OS reset. However, even the hard OS reset did not solve the problem. The only thing I can think of is to try another OS reset without typing in my bitlocker key. Has anyone experienced a similar problem or have more advice on this?
